Items are offered by enquiry. A sale is agreed only when the bottle, price, payment, and delivery terms have been confirmed by House of Shuler and the buyer.

Orders ship by USPS from Warner Robins, Georgia. Please allow 2–5 business days for delivery after dispatch.

Returns are accepted within 14 days for unopened bottles only. The buyer pays return shipping.

A House of Shuler inspection record documents the house's own examination of a Reserve bottle. It is not laboratory analysis, manufacturer authentication, or an independent third-party opinion, and confers no warranty beyond its stated findings and the return policy.
